WOD 1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Burpees (15 cm target)
30 Double-unders

WOD 2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of Ground to Overhead and Overhead Walk:
45/35 kg:
1 x Ground to Overhead, 1 x 5 mtr Overhead Walk
2 x G2O, 1 x 5 mtr OHW
3 x G2O, 1 x 5 mtr OHW
4 x G2O, 1 x 5 mtr OHW
5 x G2O, 1 x 5 mtr OHW
55/40 kg:
repeat
65/45 kg:
repeat
If finished with 5 G2O and OHW within the time continue on to 6, 7, 8, etc with this same weight.

WOD 3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 Reverse burpees
6 Squat snatch 40/30 kg
9 Box jumps 24”/20”
