De Lowlands Thowdown 2013 qualifier workouts zijn bekend!

(Deelnemers die meedoen, zorg dat je de standaard van iedere beweging en de workouts goed begrijpt!)

Workout 1
“Get a grip”
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 sets of:
3 Pull Ups
3 Toes to Bar
then:
1,2,3,4,… (increase every round by 1)
Hand Stand Push Up

Workout 2
“So nice we’re doing it twice”
5 minutes to find your 2 Rep Max Hang Snatch

Workout 3
“It’s just a buy in”
Complete in 12 minutes:

Buy in: 50 Wall Ball Shots (9/6kg)

Then: As many rounds and reps as possible of:
5 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Power Clean
15 Shoulder to Overhead
(40/25kg)
