Vannacht is workout 13.2 bekend gemaakt. De workout is:

10′ AMRAP (As Many Reps and Rounds As Possible):
5 Shoulder to overhead (52,5kg / 35kg)
10 Deadlifts (52,5kg / 35kg)
15 Box jumps (24 inch, 61cm / 20 inch, 51 cm)

Zaterdagmiddag vanaf 15:00 zullen ongeveer 30 mensen de workout in onze box doen. Wederom zal de workout in groepjes van 4 worden gedaan. Kom kijken en moedig ze aan!
